During the inspection, customs will verify the name and labels of the products. Inconsistent product label information will require label rectification and failure of clearance. Detention of products at the port can result in high demurrage fees for Chinese buyers. To deal with the issue, it generally needs to communicate and coordinate with customs to store products in a supervision warehouse and return the empty container to the shipment agency first, then rectify the labeling. Make sure the accuracy and completeness of the labeling before arranging for printing and affixing the correct labels. At last contact customs to verify on-site inspection.
