This week we saw that some aquatic products’ registration period expired, resulting rejection of declaration at Nansha port. It's worth noting that for overseas meat plants, the first batch of expiry period will be on July 31st 2023. That is to say, these plants need to submit their applications starting from Jan 31st 2023.

That is to say, these plants need to submit their applications starting from Jan 31st 2023. 

 

If the registered overseas food production enterprise fails to apply for renewal of registration, GACC shall cancel its registration, and its products whose shipping date are after the expiry date won’t be accepted the import declaration by customs at ports. To avoid future troubles and save costs, it’s advised to apply for the extension in advance, if you need any help or have any doubts, send an email to overseas@oigcn.com.
